Nice hotel, but...
All in all this hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I loved the fact that it was an old building too. However, we were disappointed that the hotel did not provide 24hr Room Service and a bit inconvenient to order water because when we called the Room Service number, it just rang and no one ever picked up. Also, the tv programming was only included if you paid a daily charge for it.

The hotel rooms are spacious for Paris.
The location of the hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Gare Du’Nord train station which is great. You can also walk to popular tourist sites, shopping and dining.

Pleasantly surprised
The hotel rooms matched the size and comfort level of those in the US - much larger and nicer than typical European hotel rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area included many cafes and shops, within easy walking distance from major attractions.
