Acceptable for Price
What I expected for a discount room. We only stayed for one night on a visit to RIT, arriving late (after 10 pm)and leaving early the next morning. After checking in our cards wouldn’t open the doors and had to make a trip back to the front desk to have them re-programed. Room had a slight musty smell. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was a plus.

Very comfortable, great value
The room was small but very cozy and well appointed. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants. It was a great value.
