Good value and convenience
I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and overall a good value. The staff was always very helpful and the proximity to the Metra was great. The hotel shuttle service to the Metra was always quick. My stay was to visit Washington DC so I primarily used the hotel to sleep in. This is a great place for good clean affordable basics.

Excellent place to stay
My son and I wanted a convienient place to stay while touring DC and catching a National’s game. This hotel served our needs well. The rooms were clean, the elevators were fast, the breakfast was OK, and desk service was fine. I liked the location, directly off the beltway and close to a Metro station. The shuttle van was always available with little waiting.
Leave your car in the parking lot. Take the shuttle to Metro station where you can travel anywhere in the DC area for less than $8 a day.

Nice hotel and service at an affordable price
Located at a very pleasant area 3 blocks from Van Dorn Metro Station, Confort Inn Alexandria offers very confortable rooms, kind front desk service and all facilities for a very reasonable price. Includes a nice swimming pool and restaurant area. Definitely recommended.

If you want a pleasent stay, with access to Metro, go for it!
