By far one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in! Staff went above & beyond, room was impeccable, overall perfect. Absolutely would stay again!!!!!!!!!

Very nice, loved the bar and weekend show!
My wife and I went down to Newport for a quick weekend get-away and made the mistake of booking only one night at the Island Hotel -- in hindsight we should have booked two so we could have relaxed and enjoyed the hotel more. It was clean, the room was in great shape, the bar/lounge was good (drinks on the pricey side, but, oh well) and they had a good act booked for the weekend we were there. Service was impeccable.

A Little bit of Paradise
What a great romantic getaway! I orginally wanted an upscale hotel walking distance from the beach but with this place it turned out better than being that close to the beach. The pool area felt like a tropical island and the service was outstanding. Including the wonderful bartender at the Tiki hut pool side bar. The rooms were clean and upscale. The beaches are very close by and great shopping is close too. We would stay again and recommend to others.

We enjoyed a dinner/dance cruise in the bay for the evening and they depart very close by the hotel.
