good value for the money
For me it’s all about local people that work in the hotel. My impression was that the local people do a great favour to let us tourists stay on their island and in the hotel. The cleaning ladies are talkative and loud. They tend to gather in groups while cleaning and talk loudly being in different rooms. Somehow the peak of cleaning activity was exactly after lunch time when guests rest in the rooms. Also the quality of cleaning was poor. The management of the hotel reacted to all my requests of better service with a polite advice to relax and smile since I’m on holiday. The hotel says that there is internet and wi-fi in the hotel. No, they don’t have it. The neighbour hotel "Apollo Beach" has wi-fi and hospitality to let the foreign guests use it (if you have your pc with you). Sun Palace does not have its own beach. But the swimming pool is clean and big in the hotel. Also the animation team is good.
