Can’t complain for the price
This hotel was okay to stay at for the price. We were there 3/20/07 thru 3/28/07. My inlaws had a newer condo so theirs was quieter, cooler and generally nicer. Ours was facing the college dorms and it was noisy (not from dorms, but from garbage trucks and buses). The maid service only replaced towels twice and took out garbage twice, but you can get more towels yourself from front desk. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL!. It is located in a good spot to walk to beach, restaurants and anything you need. We rented a car for the whole time we were there and parking is hard to find. For the price it was a nice spot and we would go back again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you are planning to stay and explore downtown and Waikiki beach most of your trip, don’t rent a car for the whole time. Parking is hard to find and expensive. Take a shuttle from airport and only rent a car for the days that you want it, there are rental agencies close by.

Good value family accomodation
I traveled with my two children, so this place was perfect for us. It had a good kitchen and plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Great hotel for families, would definately stay hear again.

Terrible
The hotel was terrible and would not recomend it to anyone. We chose not to stay due to the conditions.
