Very good place for vacation time
We spend around 10 days there and were very satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in new building, which is very new and comfortable. The hotel is staying in 10 minutes walk from city center, which give you more possibilities for quite and peaceful environment. Beach is in 20 meters from hotel doors. There several restaurants around but I would recommend Sevilla if you like high quality and Spanish food!!! (you will face to these restaurant on the way to downtown but also same chain in)

Wonderful staff!
Our visit at the Perla Marina was made all the more enjoyable by the great staff. Our luggage was lost by the airlines. The front desk staff spent quite a bit of time speaking with the airline staff about finding our luggage. They went out of their way for two days helping us, and were almost as excited as we were when it finally showed up. The room was very clean. We had sliding glass doors onto a small balcony. The full breakfast was good. The pool area wsa clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Balcone Europa, with many good restaurants and shops along the way. There isn’t really a restaurant at the hotel, but they do serve lunchs. The bar and patio area were also nice. Overall it was a great value and very pleasant.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you are going in the summer, prepare for HOT weather. Bring a hat and light clothing. In late June, sitting in the shade during the early afternoon was a must for young and old alike.
