Found very dirty surfaces in room
A clean washrag wiped across the bathroom sink surface was almost black from wiping across surface. Floor was not obviously clean with visible fibers and dirt. Sheets are not replaced after a night stay because of "green" policy - and it is non-negotiable with management - even with obvious dirty linens. (However towels were replaced as expected.)

Good price in area; the Ford Museum and Greeenfield Village very close by to this hotel.

Not you best effort .
Bed was way too old and soft. No air conditioning even after complaining about that. Heat was good. Asked too be placed in quietest area and was put directly over vending machine room after specifically asking online to be kept away from that.

Good value for the rates
My mom and I were in Dearborn for a funeral. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to all our destinations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The free voucher for breakfast was nice, but the food was mediocre.
