Total lack of service............
Very nice hotel but service totally lacking. Stayed at hotel for shuttle to airport but found out after checked in that shuttle would only leave at 0600 hrs but had a 0620 hr flight; hotel staff totally unconcerned and said taxi’s are available. Wanted to take a sight seeing trip into Milan for the day but front desk unable to make any recommendations other than to go to the airport and check there?? Very expensive with no service????????????

service needs attention
Upon arrival at Milan/Malpensa airport, we called hotel for a courtesy van and were told they would send a van to pick us up within 10 minutes. Over an hour later - after a 2nd call, the courtesy vehicle finally arrived. Our room was comfortable and appeared clean but smelled as if a dog had urinated in one area of the room.

Helpful staff, quiet location
Located between terminal 1 and 2, in a residential area, its a little hard to find (look for the Holiday Inn sign), but quiet. Helpful front desk. Reserve a spot on the next day’s airport shuttle, and they’ll make sure there’s enough seats even if they have to bring a tour bus (they share a shuttle with the Holiday Inn).
