Horrible
This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I checked the reviews and thought that it can not be that bad but they were right. In fact they were worse. I went to complain about all of the ants that was in my room and I was ignored, so I decided to check out. Well, when I finally got service I told them I wanted to check out early and she snatched my room key out of my hand and threw it on the counter. I told her that was very rude and I need to speak to a manager. Of course they said they did not have one on site and I told them they need to call one. I sat down to wait and they called security on me. They called security because I asked to speak to a manager. He was no help he just said that they were really busy. I just left the disgusting hotel. Please do not stay.

Not Impressed
The location of the hotel is great. But besides that... The room they wanted to give us (two females) was on the ground floor. The "patio" was level with an alley. It was also at the end of the hallway and the emergency door was propped open to the hallway. Felt very unsafe. Asked for another room. We had to wait two hours and finally got a different one. The food was awful, but I guess that is Spanish food in general.
