Not a welcoming staff at all, very unhelpful staff with attitude
first of all I was told that it’s a very easy access from the hotel to the city centre and in turned out that it’s really far, yes they do provide shuttles to take you back and forth to the main city centre but you’re limited to go back to the hotel maximum by 10:30 which is when everyone goes out and if you want to go back with a taxi you pay a fortune because it’s really far, the hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean I have to admit, it also didn’t make any sense to me that the rooms do not include breakfast, and the receptionists were so unhelpful and if you have a problem they do not even give it a try to help you, they just settle by saying in a sarcastic attitude "I’m sorry we can’t do this for you" even if it’s small thing that surely can be done by any hotel in the world but they just don’t want to bother, as if i’m staying for free!
