They missed the easy stuff...
Our room was non smoking, yet the cigarette butts were still on the floor by the table between the beds. The window was open, and the sheet was put on the bed inside out. The cobwebs and dust on the fixtures were terrible. It was long term dusty. If the maid can’t see the need to do more than a quick in and out, the management staff should spot check the rooms.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was O.K. It’s nice having two queen size beds instead of two double beds.

Hotel was clean, friendly and convenient for travel. Restrauants were close.
