Lacking Customer Service
Had chosen due to reputation and location due to travel schedule. Signed up for late night arrival. Hotel was overbooked and gave us a room different from what we reserved and paid for in advance. Reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds and were given a king sized room upon check in. I was told that was the only room available and No notification was given to me to indicate the room I reserved was not available. I was told no other rooms were available, so take it or leave it. Further more the bathroom was dirty. I will not stay here again. They need to learn how to notify their customers if room reservations are not available.
