Horrible service, bad hotel.
A group of friends and I rented two, 2-bedroom loft suites at Alexis Park, only to receive 1-bedroom lofts once we got there. They would not rectify the situation and there were no other decent places with availability in Vegas. Once we checked into the rooms, one of the showers had been running in one of the rooms for quite some time so the room was muggy due to excessive steam. Called the front desk and again no help. Also, one of our TVs didnt work, and a phone didnt work in the other room. Lastly, we were overcharged for room service, and when we called room service to let them know, they told us that the menus were old and that the prices had now increased. They would not honor the lower, listed and documented prices. After a minute of us talking with them they eventually hung up on us. I have stayed at the Alexis Park before and always found it to be a good value. After this experience I will never even consider staying there again!!! Please avoid this property at all costs!

Nice and clean and affordable
The place was spacious with a living room and 2 double beds. We had a refrigerator which let us stock up on water and so forth. I would recommend people to go there if they dont mind being a mile away from the strip. I save tons on booking this hotel since I went on labor day weekend.

perfectly fine
I had a very reasonable rate and would definitely go back as this hotel although its a little dated. Its very peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated after working all day. I liked the fact that this is a suite with kitchen area, refrigerator and microwave oven. This hotel is right across the street from the Hard Rock which has good restaurants and fun atmosphere for gambling so thats a bonus as well. But if you like The Strip and want to go Casino hopping, this is not the ideal location.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
I asked for a room away from the party area and would recommend doing this as this hotel does have big banquet facilities.
