perfect for a topeka stay
found everything in working order and was clean and quiet. many quality dining spots nearby and the breakfast buffet was good.

Great value for the price...free breakfast was great! Not just toast and donuts, a full breakfast!

The room served our purpose
The room was clean. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or afternoon drink ticket as we left the motel too early and are not drinkers. Would have preferred a refrig and microwave. The room was nice and large.
