No frills,
Very clean hotel. Room was comfortable. No elevator, rooms on 2nd floor. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights. Very nice breakfast served included in price.

Public buses take you into Venice for one Euro.

Lovely and Romantic
My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to join my family on a cruise. We were trying to save a bit of money and decided to stay outside of the city center. This hotel was as charming as the pictures suggest. Our room was very clean and it was exceptionally nice given the reasonable price. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. My sister and her family stayed at the Marriott about 1/4 mile away and I think we had a nicer room and MUCH better service.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Absolutely easy to reach this hotel by bus, just come prepared with your expedia map of airport to hotel travel and ask someone at the tourist counter at the airport to help you find the right bus. Also, Venice is a popular cruise port, so if you are taking a taxi to the port, be sure to ask the hotel to book one for you in advance.

Not impressed!
No refrigerator to keep bottle water cold. The hotel is named as "Resort", meaning at least a pool or information regarding the places surrounding. No seating availble outdoors or a restaurant on the premises. Time Zone restaurants were all closed with the exception of a fast food restaurant that close’s at 2:30 PM. None available until after 4:30PM. The airport was less than 10 minute drive and expensive. No concierge available nor car rental place in the immediate area. No pamphlet regarding activities or dining within the immediate surrounding area. No sidewalks available which I found frightning to get to a restaurant. If you want to sleep in the hotel only without going outdoors nor dining then this is perfect.
I do not recommend this Hotel you will be bored!
