Good but not great
Once a four-star that has downsized (mainly personnel) and a lot of amenities were not available. ie: spa, exercise room, lounge. But the room was clean comfortable and in good condition.

Second Chance
I thought I would give them a second chance. Wow, was I suprised by what I got. First, I didn’t get the room I had booked. Second, I unpacked and later that night pull the comforter over to crawl into bed and found a bunch of cheetos with ants on the floor between the nightstand and bed. I called the front desk and was moved to the room I had initially booked. I had to move at 1am. They say the third times the charm but I don’t think I will go a third time.

Couldn’t have been more dissappointed
This stay began with walking into the lobby - there was no A/C in the public areas of the hotel - it had been turned off - the temperature was easily 90 degrees or more and the poor desk staff was sweating profusely and understandably a little short tempered. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned so there were hairs in the shower/tub and on the toilette. The ’complimentary, free wifi’ advertised was extremely slow, worse than dial up speeds, and could not maintain a signal long enough to complete any task online. The television had more channels advertised on the in room guide than were actually available - like there used to be cable or satellite and now it was just basic 22 channels and very poor reception. When I checked out, I asked at the desk for a receipt that showed a zero balance for reimbursement paperwork and the guy looked me up in their system and said since I booked it online through expedia the confirmation email was my receipt and they didn’t have anything they could give me from the hotel itself. I will NEVER stay here again. I highly recommend that NO ONE EVER stay here EVER AGAIN. And I further recommend that the code enforcement and licensing authorities do a complete and repeated site audit, get the place closed down, sold to a better management company, or torn down and replaced with another convenience store on the edge of town.
