It’s okay.
I would recommend the hotel, unless you think you will be close to Toronto. It’s at least an hour away. And the odor from nearby cigarette smoking wafts into non smoking areas. The hotel has clearly been renovated recently and is very well kept and clean. The skimpy towels leave a bit to be desired.But you get what you pay for.

Good for a stay outside the city
Quick check in and out, not the most personable staff but they did there job well and fast. Room was clean, bed/pillows comfortable, couch was great, bathroom clean, internet access perfect and being a business trip needed that! Breakfast was not good by the time I got there, stale muffins and ok coffee, got there earlier on day two but same results. It’s about 35-40 mins depending on traffic to the Rogers Centre.
Traveler's tip on dining
Subway open to 1am, McDonalds and gas station with food/subs within walking distance. Wing place down the road but didn’t get a chance to stop.

They many shops and food places around the hotel, you can never go hungry.
