It was awful!
I was in a room on the second floor. Must be the smoking floor...when the elevator opened the smell was awful and got worse in the room. I only could stay one night. When I got to a house everything in my suitcase had to be washed because of the smell of smoke! Actually the room would have been comfortable except for the odor.The people tried to charge me for calls and room service that I did not make or use. Bad experience!!

Can’t wait to come back
I first visited Holiday Inn Wilmington two years ago, and it was so clean and comfortable, that it just felt like home. So when we decided to come back to Wilmington recently, I automatically thought about staying at the same hotel again. My family and I are planning on coming back to Wilmington again this month, and we will be staying here again! Our kids love it! Not to mention that it is a beautiful hotel.

Extremely Good Customer Service
I found all Hotel personnel, to be more than courteous and helpful! Everyone including the chamber maid went out of their way to accommodate my every need, and even recommended an excellent restaurant.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
the Cape Fear science museum was very interesting, and the restaurant Oceantic in Wrightville Beach was excellent!
