Cheap and good
Hotel was simple, clean and very near the old town, which is a plus and very near the metro. If you just want the basics, I would recommend the hotel. Nothing fancy, but I would return.

Location was awesome. close to bus station, market, beach, shopping areas. I couldn’t have asked for better location. seriously! Staff were very friendly. They let me check in early. Their bed was also pretty comfortable. But what’s up with handing in your keys when you leave the hotel? Is that a french thing?? TV had 6 channels only, no clock in room...Also, my room was super small. I was alone in the room and I’m 5 feet tall. I felt a bit claustrophobic, esp in the bathroom. You absolutely cannot stay there in the summer because without AC or fan, you will DIE. there is a window you can open but you will also be face to face with a neighbor’s window 3 feet away. If you are visiting Nice and are a type of traveler who would just sleep/shower at hotel then this place would be ideal. If you are expecting luxury, anything more than 1 star worthy accomodations then look elsewhere.
