Recommending to others!

My husband and I plus my sister in law and brother in law were recently in Las Vegas a Friday afternoon through Monday morning and stayed in a suite that had a single King side bed (for my tall husband and myself) and a queen hide-a-bed for my in-laws. All of us slept comfortably and very affordably, and definitely felt we were in a nice, tropical resort! Though we shared a bathroom it was large enough for my husband and I or sister in law and I to get ready at the same time. The room was remarkably quiet, especially considering that we were not far from the airport ’s air traffic and that we had seen kids playing in the pool area. There were no instances of running around in the late night/early AM halls noises. We were very pleased. Though we could have easily taken the hotel’s free shuttle to the Strip we chose to rent a car on arrival from the airport and having access to Strip hotel parking elsewhere, wherever we went was not a problem. (We attended a wedding for my nephew at the Monte Carlo). The Tahiti Village grounds were relaxing and beautiful. Though we had worked at our jobs til Thursday, returned to work Tuesday, had traveled Friday and Monday, just being on the grounds made us feel so relaxed and wonderful! The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. It helped to have Tahiti Joes and Denny’s right in the same parking lot too! I have been recommending Tahiti Village to others since we returned and I plan to stay there again on future visits to Las Vegas.

My stay was just too short"

It was a wedding anniversary gift to both of us, so we opted for a hotel that brought us to paradise without having to fly out to Tahiti. We needed to get back to work, but wanted the respite. Regrettably, the trip was too short. Checked in on Wednesday - therefore check-in counter was nice, courteous - but could have been better. We sensed that had it been a peak check-in time, the front office staff would turn into TSA staff at our airports. Location was great. Not too far from the strip, but not too near as well. The rooms were fantastic, the housekeeping service was efficient. The maintenance on grounds, fantastic. We’re headed there with our kids for a winter break. Can’t wait.

Discounted rate for breakfast at Denny’s was a pleasant surprise. Discounted rate for Tahiti Joe’s Prime Rib was another pleasant surprise.

Planning on going back.

I thought it was pretty cool. You felt like you were in a different place. You didn’t feel like you were in vegas. I loved the pools. The hot tubs stays open 24hrs. Most places they close them early. Next time around im bringing my friends.
