Very nice ...loved it.
it was cool to see the dolphins swimming in the bay, while we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings. crabby bill’s had good music and their service was awesome. pool was okay, only wish there was music playing while we relaxed by the water.

This is great hotel and a great price. We love the location of this hotel. Property is nicely maintained, rooms are nice and service is good. Not too crazy about Crabby Bill’s food nor service.

Great deal and has good Seafood to on the water
The place was in a great spot, had a great Seafood place and was on the water, not the beach directly, on the bay.

Very relaxing vacation
Everyone at the hotel was very hospitable. We got free drink coupons if it rained. The pool, restaurant, bar,work-out area all top notch.Highly recommend!
You’ll have to rent a car if you want to sight see.

Fantastic Hotel - We’ll be back!
We loved this hotel for the type of trip we had (not a vacation and we did not have to drive anywhere). My son and I stayed 2 nights for fun and had a great time. Our room was bayside, and poolside, and was very clean and had everything we needed. We had fantastic views of the Bay. We ate our lunch and dinner in the restaurant (Crabby Bills) and the food was great each time. Reasonable pricing too. We were thankful for the airport shuttle service as well, they were quick and on time. The staff was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The pool (huge pool) was very clean and the water temp was neither too hot nor too cold, but just right for our late evening swims after dinner. We really recommend this hotel for its closeness to the airport, and all the amenities it offers!!

I immensely enjoyed everything exept the ridiculous restaruant.
I truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds dive for fish in the bay as the sun set. I despised the restaurant where I waiting 15 minutes to be waiting on at my table and then walked out. I chose to eat off-site for obvious reasons.

Great Hotel
This hotel is great for the price! It was perfect for my stay near Clearwater. Very convenient to all areas of Tampa and Clearwater. Our room was on the beach side and it was great to wake up and look out the balcony. The staff is very friendly and very accommadating. I will definitely stay there again!

Morning coffee with the dolphins
Each morning we could sit on our balconey drinking coffee and watching the three dolphins that would play in the ocean right in front of the hotel. Pretty cool stuff. The staff were friendly and willing to help in any way. I would say it would have been nice to have a microwave in our room. And it would have been helpful if the hotel staff new some of the things that were around the hotel and activities that were going on. The one elevator was broke our entire trip and the only other elevator they had was super slow, but hey we were on vacation so no hurry. The resturants in the area were wonderful...we had terrific food and the prices were good. The shuttle (van) staff at the hotel were awesome, willing to take us where ever we wanted to go and were super friendly. The hotel was very clean, the housekeeping staff went out of there way for us daily. The pool area was beautiful and kept up nicely. We really had a great time and would go back again.

Great Hotel - Seems to be catching up.
This was a great hotel. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Only one of the 2 available elevators was working. This seemed to puzzle the staff as much as the guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great Place to Stay
I read some negative reviews about Bay Harbor, and was leary. When we arrived the staff was so gracious as you enter a very nice, clean lobby with the internet service set up right there. The room was immaculate and the views are unbelievable. The pool area was clean and nice, and the employees at Crabby Bills on-site were excellent.
