Great Location!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The single room was a typical European room, but was very clean and stylish. However, the location couldn’t be beat, it was walking distance to everything.

The Good and Bad
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was upgraded upon check-in. One staff member was particularly nice and tried very hard to make amends for some service problems. Location was great - convenient to all the good sights and in a very nice, safe area of the city. Rooms were comfy enough and a reasonable size. The elevator didn’t work twice while we were there. A reading light over the bed was burnt out and nobody noticed. The satellite TV didn’t work for two days and when they repaired it, our TV had a loud piercing noise on all the channels. They couldn’t fix it and didn’t seem to care that it didn’t work. Internet service is available in the main meeting room, but with a paid 5 euro internet access card. The free continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

comfortable but superficial, great location
our stay was very comfortable, the rooms were kept clean, and the breakfast they served was quite good. the modern decor, however, seems a bit overdone. overall, a very nice stay in a great location.
