An OK value but not up to Doubletree’s usual standard
Hotel staff were helpful, room service food was decent. The room was fairly dated, the ventilation system was confusing (we never did figure out how to switch between heating & cooling) and housekeeping was not very thorough. It was priced well below a usual Doubletree, very competitive to the other mid price hotels near the airport so it ended up being an OK value. But if you want extra room (suite style) and expect well appointed furnishings, you might look elsewhere.

Visiting with large group of women, Hotel worked out great!
Hotel was nice, rooms were clean & quiet. Was traveling with a group of 9 other women to go to a women’s conference in nearby Bloomsfield. Booked the rooms thru expedia and even though 2 of the women arrived before the rest of the group, they were allowed to check in & get settled before we arrived! A nice convenience (thanks to being able to pre-pay by expedia) Was slightly disappointed that breakfast at the hotel was expensive, I thought I was purchasing a hotel room with the free continental breakfast that most hotels offer, we ended up having to go out to Dunkin Donuts down the road to get an inexpensive meal before heading to the conference. The gentleman at the front counter was a bit hard to understand (thick accent) but everyone was pleasant & helpful, no real complaints. Fresh cookies given at check in were YUMMY!

...loved it
the hotel was close to the airport and the car rental place...it was very easy to get on and off the main highways... the hotel was very nice and clean...it also had a pretty good resturant..we traved all over three states it was centraly located......there is not alot around to eat or do but things are close by....i would say i would stay there again...
