Nice Surprise --- Pleasant Stay
I read good reviews of this hotel before our trip, but was still pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and attention to detail. In the reservation details, I requested a quiet room as well as a crib. I arrived early (12pm) and my room was ready complete with the crib and baby linens. My mom, who was travelling with us, was also accommodated with a room across the hall from us (an upgrade from her original reservation). Breakfast variety was good each morning and quality was okay. Turndown service each night was a welcome find when we returned each day from our activities. We didn’t try either of the onsite restaurants, but there seemed to be a crowd each night. Free wireless internet access in room and printing in the business office was nice--especially when you are used to being charged for these services in larger chain hotels. We’d definitely stay here again for business or pleasure.

Great hotel for families or business people
We stayed at the West Inn for 4 nights with two children. The West Inn was the perfect place to stay with children. They were very kid friendly. They serve milk and cookies every night at 8:00, they have a reck room with games and puzzles for children. Nice pool area. The breakfast buffet was excellent for a free breakfast. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels, but the beds were so comfortable that all four of us slept like babies each night. The rooms are very nice, clean, and quit. I would definitley stay at the West Inn again, and highly recommend it.

Close to Legoland and the beach. Hotel had shuttle available to take to each place.
