GREAT VALUE
VERY NICE FOR THE PRICE. THE POOL WITH THE WATER SLIDE WAS GREAT. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS WE WERE ON 1ST FLOOR AND THE ICE MACHINE WAS EMPTY OR BROKEN AND THE FRONT DESK SAID ONLY THING THEY COULD TELL US WAS GO TO THE 3RD FLOOR. EASY TO GET TO, RIGHT OFF INTERSTATE.

slide not operational
it would have been nice to know the slide is only open on Friday nights and some on Saturdays and Sundays, we left before Friday and picked the hotel for the slide alone!

Nice hotel; poor service
A nice hotel in a convenient location, with reasonable rates. However, out of the seven days we were there, we had no room servicing on two days. There was considerable noise in the halls as late as 12:30 in the morning. Breakfast was literally unavailable on most mornings, probably due to the large number of soccer team families staying at the hotel. On Sunday we were told, when we asked about the empty yogurt case, "we always run out on weekends". It would seem that, knowing that the hotel was full and that they have run out of breakfast food in the past, that "a plan" to not let this happen again might be a good idea! Because we ended up eating out breakfast almost every morning, the "reasonable cost" of the room became much less reasonable.
