Goiod, basic quality
Stayed there with two youngsters for a couple of days. Rooms were basic but clean. Hotel is far away (maybe 4 km’s) from the actual centre but it is in a perfect spot where a huge amount of trams, buses and trolleys go. I recommend to buy a 1-day or 3-day ticket. Very cheap and very convenient. A good place to stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Lido is a huge "entertainment centre" just outside the city centre. Some attractions and the weirdest buffe restaurant I have seen - hundreds of different types of food. Seems to be a favourite of locals. Reasonable prices, good, cheap beer!

Very friendly and comfortable place
I was surprised how good it was. The rooms are clean and professionally-maintained. The staff are very friendly and sincere. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Riga and I will definitely stay in this place should I go to Riga again.
