Not impressed at all
Rooms are connected but not isolated, so I could hear all the conversations from the next room. Staff was not rude but not friendly at all, it’s just as if you don’t exist; they don’t greet, they don’t ask if you need anything or how’s your visit. Old, clean, just below average; I noticed there are newer/better kept hotels in the surrounding area. I’m not coming back.

WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN
I chose Doubletree because my stay at a different Doubtree in San Diego, California was great. I was, however, disappointed with this hotel in San Antonio. Lamps were dusty. Carpets were stained and looked dirty. The bathroom walls had cracks. Good location and decent service, but I will never pick this hotel again.
