Nice hotel-wouls stay again
My teenage daughters and I stayed at this hotel while checking out Univ of N Dakota. The hotel was about 5 minutes from campus. Our room was nice and clean. My only complaint would be the noise of the heating unit. I wound up turning it off in the middle of the night because it woke me up when it cycled on. The room stayed warm without it on. We would stay there again.

Decent place, nice people
Seems to be well run, everyone there was friendly, and attentive. Accomodations were as expected for a Fairfield, well kept clean and neat.

It was okay
I don’t know what the other hotels look like in Grand Forks, but this one was okay. The building was fine, the service was okay, the room was clean, but the beds were at best average and the HVAC was noisy. Breakfast was fine, but the common space room was tight. For the price, it wasn’t that impressive. Looking for a clean place? Here is fine. Looking for a deal or a "wow" place. That’s somewhere else.
