Beautiful Hotel and great location.
Overall the hotel was really nice and the employees were WONDERFUL! However, my only complaint is that my room faced 6th street and it was extremely loud. I had to end up taking Nyquil just to help me fall asleep.

Great location
The staff is very friendly and the location cannot be beat. The closet was hard to get to in the room but would stay again!

Good but room for improvement
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but some basic amenities were lacking. There were no tissues in the room. The TV remote did not work. There was an empty space where the minibar would have gone. There were continual parking problems. On the night we arrived, the card they gave us to enter the parking garage did not work - we circled around oneway streets to return to the lobby and received a second card which also did not work. The other two nights we were there, we arrived back to the hotel to find the garage was "full" and we had to circle back to the lobby again to use their valet parking service. On our second day there, we returned to the room at 3:30 in the afternoon to find the room had not yet been cleaned. Having said all that, the room itself was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were helpful in resolving the difficulties. It was just a nuisance to have so many issues to deal with. The location is great for visiting the capital and sixth street entertainment areas.
