Left 2 days early, would not recommend.
I was not impressed with this hotel. The room was just ok. After leaving a deposit, was not permitted to charge a pizza in the restaurant to my room, had to go to the front desk to get this straightened out. I was double charged twice for double cocktails in the lounge after I requested a single. When I confronted the management, they were willing to remove only one. I checked out 2 days early and checked into another hotel. I found the staff to be rude and not customer friendly. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dubai. There are many other great hotels to choose from.

WILL STAY AT HOTEL AGAIN
I ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HO9TEL. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOM HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE CITY SKYLINE. ROOM SERVICE WAS PROMPT. THE DINING OPTIONS WERE EXCELLENT.

Shouldn’t be rated 5 star, Honestly should be rated 3 Star.
The Hotel shouldn’t been rated 5 star because it’s not even close to it. The Hotel was very uncomfortable, Very noisy so couldn’t sleep at night. Also there was huge construction very next to hotel which i wasn’t aware as a result from 5 am we were not able to sleep till night. The service wasn’t good either. No wifi internet connection at room (only wire connection) and you have to pay for it. The money is too much for this condition hotel. Not happy from the service at all.
