Good Feeling Gone Bad
I stayed at this hotel on two seperate occasions. The first trip I had a great exerperience... the staff at the front desk was professional, polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and cleanly. I enjoyed my stay so much the first time I decided to come back again. The second trip was a complete turn around. The staff at the front desk was not helpful and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The room I stayed in did not having working heat and the bathroom had several issues (water leaking, no lights working, & drainage problems). I moved to another room, but the same problems existed. Overall because of the last experience... it was lasting enough to make me not want to come back again, let alone recommend anyone. Buyer beware!!
