The hotel is a disgrace
The hotel service was non existant (no greeting, no bell service, no security). The hotel maintenance was horrible. the room was filthy to the extent one would not even sit down. The room was uncomfortable with the air conditioning turned off, the window open and flies in the room. Checked out immediately. Plus, no security in the garage.

Excellent!
This was an amazing place to stay. The spa is wonderful and the quality of the food we had was great. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to relax. You can take a taxi, bus or shuttle to downtown and the Old City. BS

Very dissaponted
We stay at this hotel thinking was nice but it wasn’t. The service horrible, we call to room service and they couldn’t event talk english, they only had to offer to type of sandwiches and milk. That was unbelivable. The cleanliness of the room was average, and very damage and old. Definitely I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
