Sufficient for our needs
Traveled with my daughter and two granddaughters and therefore wanted a two-bedroom, two-bath setup with kitchen. Didn’t like the fact that the office closed at 5pm and our TV had problems and because the unit was a privately owned unit, owner contact had to be made before anything could be done. We basically had no TV for 2 days and with 2 kids, that wasn’t a perfect scenerio. The unit was well equipped. Felt it was pricey for location and condition.

Great Place
Bear Run Falls made our trip to the Smokies a great weekend getaway. Only draw back was, it was a little difficulat finding room after leaving front desk. Only a minor detail, I wouldn’t let it keep me from going back.
