very small rooms
family rooms are so small. can not sleep at nights due to loud noises from close by clubs. No shower doors, water gets all over the bathroom.

The hotel is very well located to go all over walking . its near most great attractions and good restaurants around..

An interesting hotel
The location is great. The staff was very friendly. The room was acceptable (3 1/2 to 4 star quality). The hydro-massage shower is a nice idea, but when I turned it on all the water from one of the jets went directly to the bathroom floor!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Gran Via is fun, etc., but be sure you go the other way to the Palacio Real and the Catedral de la Almudena. Both are impressive and you can get some good views out over Madrid as well.
