Great prices, great breakfast and super friendly service. They even had my reservation sitting on the desk when I arrived at the front door.

Very convenient location
Convenient to University. Room was comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Guelph will definetly choose same hotel.
