Gone downhill
Stayed there a few years ago on a motorcycle trip and it was decent but this last stay was scary. Dirty and yucky.

Run away, run away!
Run-down doesn’t begin to describe it. It has all the attributes of a movie set for a documentary on the plight of migrant workers. You name a feature of a hotel, and the Sea Shell will have the worst example of it in the English speaking world.
