Poorly treated
On arrival we had no place to park. Had to go across the street to another hotel for registration. We were given the wrong parking stall which took two trips and hadto pay aprox. 20 dollars. We were given no privledges at the main hotel (pool) and no complimentary breakfast

Excellent!
The only problem we had was that when we used the pool at the main hotel building, the staff at the pool seemed to percieve & treat us as lower class citizens than the people staying in the main building.

Stay Away !
If you plan to visit Montreaux, there ar 2 choices : 1.If you have money to spend, stay at a luxury hotel. 2.If you do not want to spend much money, stay at a hotel in nearby Town or City. But do not stay at Villa Toscane. The building is too old, there is no Reception (you check in / check out from a different hotel), parking area is very expensive, you enter the hotel using an usual key, then you reach your room and use another entrance card to enter. Rooms are very small and uncomfortable.
