get what you pay for
one of the most inexpensive hotels in Champaign, so you get what you pay for. overall it was clean, but I would have been uncomfortable staying there if I had been alone. The neighborhood is safe, which makes it better than the other cheap hotels in the city.

Close and inexpensive
Hotel has very easy highway access, has easy and quick access to the University, and is not expensive.

Great rates...need updates
The hotel needs to be updated. Fabric on the chairs/sofa were worn and frayed. Carpets could also be replaced and clean. I have allergies to certain things and suffered a bit with the accumulated dust/dirt I am sure was in the chair and carpet. The bed was wonderful!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
This hotel is right in the heart of shopping and places to eat. Everything seemed to be right around the corner. So if you want to save a few bucks stay here at least for a place to sleep.
