Turn for the worse...
My husband and I stayed at this location in 2006 when in Bay City area for a wedding, it was the cheapest hotel around and we were quite satisfied with it. However, we recently attended another wedding 1-2 miles away from the hotel and stayed again thinking we would be able to get the same experience. It doesn’t look like it has been kept up at all. There were hand prints on the mirrors, cigarrette ashes on the bathtub, the towels were yellowed, fruit flies in the room, and there were visible greasy handprints on the steel beams above the bed. There are sliders to exit each room, our room had view of the pool... but also viewed the water damage of the balcony above us which didn’t look safe to stand on. We were not impressed this time around and won’t be going back.

Not satisfied
They need to update their website. They show a game room with about 5 or 6 games there is 1. The pool has no water and you can’t get into see the jacuzzi room. The hallways smelled like piss! The room had spider webs in them. We have stayed there before, but it has really went down.

Needs a lot of work
The attached restaurant is no longer open for business. The hot tub is not operational. The outdoor pool was already closed up for the winter. The screen mesh was almost completely out of the screen door. Could see a hole in the roof overhang of balcony on the second floor.
