Lovely location
We loved the location and views, suite condition was so-so, breakfast could use some improvement, parking is a bit of an issue. Alltogether, we’d still go back.

Rock encrusted jewel on the beach
This hotel is found at the very end of a long drive that winds right around the bay and yacht club. Well worth making the trip. Great views of the ocean and bay, a place to get away from it all . . . to or join in the fun if you just want to move a few yards
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
We nonsailors had a great couple of hours at sea with captain Steve. He strives to ensure that everyone has a good time. Offeres Round The Dock cruises, two hor crusies, four hour cruises, and adventure trips to Catalan Is land. Try him!

Would stay here again!
Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was kind and accommodating, the pool and hot tub were clean and the bed was comfortable. Our refrigerator was not working right, but I am sure that is something that they will get fixed and it did not effect our visit. The continental was sparse, but we had a kitchenette so we did not plan on eating much anyway. There were plenty of places to eat just a few miles away. The location allowed us to visit Camp Pendleton and go to Sea World.
Traveler's tip on shopping
If you want to do some shopping head South about 20 minutes, as there is a nice Outlet Mall with great shopping.
