The pool was really heated!
We had a very nice stay. Check-in was very smooth. The pool was warm (definately heated)even though the weather was cool. Comfy bed.

Affordable option in pricey California
Not much space (the grounds) for a Residence Inn, but it is California. Breakfast was quite good. My only complaint was that the front desk person was answering questions, drawing maps, etc for someone off the street taking way too long while guests were waiting to check out.
