Comfortable stay....good price
I recommend using the hotel driver if you don’t have a rented vehicle

Great hotel but a little bit overpriced
I love Hyatt Hotels in general. The St Louis version was good but not at the top of the list when I compare it to other Hyatts I have stayed in. For example the bathroom was not well designed. We have a view of a small peice of the Arch. I suppose that’s better than no view. The hotel itself did not appear to be new and sparkling as most Hyatts are. I’m being a little "fussy" here but for what we paid for this room per night I think we deserved "fussy".
