Comfortable and Convenient
The Shaw Club and Spa Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful during our stay. The room was nicely appointed and comfortalbe. The location allows walking access to all downtown shops and the theare district. The staff will help with any information you need. This is a very comfortable place. We would stay here again.

Quality
Everything was exceptional. Staff was friendly. Just one suggestion....towels were rather harsh; not soft as I would expect.

Definitely would stay there again
Great sized rooms and the bathroom rainfall shower was awesome! Loved it!
