Hotel was comfortable
Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. The waffle maker was out of order, the kids were disappointed. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Front Desk Needs Education
At check in the frt desk insitited on a credit card for what she kept refering to as ’pre-auth.’ It took a call to Expedia to get her to inticate this was for incedentals. At check out they tried to bill for the stay and it took time to ensure they were not going to bill me for the room again! Room was clean and well kept.
