Great deal for the price
If you’re looking for a Motel 6 level stay, I’d think it would be hard to beat this place. Cheaper, cleaner, more convenient to downtown LA, this place met all my requirements and left me feeling satisfied for finding such a good deal.

Nice place for the price paid
I was visiting LA for 1 night, with my wife and little daughter. I was having some work in the downtown area, but since that is not a safe neighborhood, we decided to stay in the Chinatown (which is close to downtown). The hotel staff was really cooperative, room was decent for the price paid. Plus points of this place - safe neighborhood, decent and affordable price, close to downtown. The negatives - little odor in the room next morning that we experienced, parking little tough but hotel staff helped in finding one.
