good experience
VERY NICE STAY, EXPENSIVE BUT NICE, THERE WAS NOT A TV REMOTE IN THE ROOM, BUT ONE WAS DELIVERED PROMPTLY, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A COUPLE OF CHAIRS ON THE BALCONY-HAD TO SIT ON THE COLD CONCRETE TO ENJOY THE OCEAN AND VIEW

For as much as it prides itself on being a four diamond winner, i was surprised to see alot of marks and scuffs that could have been taken care of easily. The window lock did not work, it seemed all of the elevators and the TV console had scratches. I didn’t expect that and was kind of embarassed when my husband noticed also. Other than those minor things that can deter from the beauty of the hotel and the views, the service was great and the restaurants were to die for.
While visiting Corpus, you have to stop into Pier 99! Best seafood with a casual, hometown kind of atmosphere. We left there so stuffed and satisfied, my husband wasn’t sure we even needed dinner!

Pure Bliss!
My husband and I stayed at the Corpus Christi Omni Bayfront from Friday 10/16/09 to Sunday 10/18/09. We were in town for the annual Texas Jazz Festival and our stay at the Omni was what made the weekend perfect. The staff is part of what makes the Omni special. From the attendant in the parking garage to the people who answer the phone at the front desk and housekeeping, everyone goes out of their way to let give the guests first class treatment. We stayed at this Omni for the first time last year and were anxious to return again and feel pampered. Although the hotel is not brand new, the Omni Bayfront is the best place to stay on the bay with the best view from many parts of the building. It has all the luxury of a 5 star hotel and amenities that make you feel at home. TIPS: -Sign up for Omni Select Guest service to build points for free stays or airline miles as well as special perks during your stay. -Be sure to visit Ken on the 2nd floor Glass Pavilion/Lounge. He is a great bartender and a one-man comedy show. He entertained us last year so we had to go back and see him again.
