Satisfied. Had some issues.
Liked location. Convenient when walking and only short drive for other restaurants and attractions. Loved ocean view from balcony. Housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly. Bathroom sink faucet leaked. Air conditioner leaked water on carpet. Did not like that Parking lot for hotel guests was catty-cornered across the street.

Not impressed at all.
The location of the hotel was convenient to alot of attractions, however, the room was not clean, the hotel appeared to be very old and was in much need of updating. I also feel that for the room we stayed in, ocean front, it was WAY over priced for what we got. Specifically the carpet smelled and needed to be replaced as well as the furtniture. The TV was small with few channels to choose from, and the Ocean front balcony had no privacy, you could look to your left or right and see right into your neighbors room.

Convenient to many attractions, but strongly recommend NOT staying here.

No one mentioned time share
No one mentioned time share when we made our last-minute reservation. Yet when we found ourselves in a luxurious one-bedroom unit with all the luxury and gorgeous views one could want, we ended up "paying" for it. We were pressured into attending a meeting to "complete a questionnaire" about our stay. Of course, the meeting turned into a sales pitch for buying into the property on a time share basis. The session was pleasant enough, even when we firmly said ’no thanks", but it did take a prime two hours out of our stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Brookgreen Gardens, with its amazing sculpture collection, was an amazing place. We spent most of the day there, including a visit to their small zoo. A wonderfully beautiful place.♠
