Very Happy
We was very pleased with our room. It was in walking distance to several resturants including Pineapple Willy’s. Well plan on staying again.

A home away from home
"My family and I stayed there as we evacuated for Gustav. The staff made us feels at home. You should know to bring your own coffee and additives. We were able to save on meals because the kitchen is fully equipped, utensils, dishes, pots and pans. We were able to relax due to the many amenities available and Wal-Mart being so close. A good place to eat, Pineapple Willys which you can walk to on the beach if you do not want to drive. The rooms were clean all do they could have used a fresh coat of paint. If you have an infant bring a playpen because there is no availability for cribs. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning more on a leisure basis.
Do not look for Hotel commodities these are condominiums, you get towels but no room service, if your stay is extended each unit has a washer and dryer so you can pack lightly.

Last Time We Stay There
No services provided. Did not have sheets for sofa bed, only 4 towels for six people, no kitchen items to speak of. Had to buy sheets, pillows. Waterstone guest services would or could not assist us, had to buy them ourselves. The room smelled of sour carpets and the furniture was threadbare and dirty. Housekeeping did not come by a single time in the 4 days and 3 nights we were there. The only positive is the parking garage under the building was convenient. We will not be back. If this is representative of other waterstone properties and services, we will not use them again either.
Bring your own sheets and pillows and pillowcases.

lots of fun
this was an ok place to stay, easy to find, the staff could have been friendlier, one sofa sleeper broken but man came to fix on day 2, overall we had a good time. not 5 star but a good place to get away

will definitely return
This is our first time in Panama City Beach. The condo was great. Right on the beach. Very clean. Well decorated. Great view of the beach from the balcony(all rooms in this condo have beach view) full kitchen, washer and dryer. We enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could eat breakfast and lunch at the condo so the kids could come and go to the beach as they pleased. Hotel was central to many attractions and restaurants and grocery stores. My whole family enjoyed the stay. friendliness of the staff and clean beach. We look forward to staying again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The good thing about staying atcondo is that you can save money by eating many of your meals at the condo. There is a Walmart Super Center less than 2 blocks from this condo. and you don’t have to drive far if you want to enjoy the attractions or shopping in this area. everything is farely close.

Will be staying here again!!!
The Waterstone Twin Palms Condos was a great surprise once we arrived. We choose these condo off the inter-net and didn’t know what to expect. We were all very satisfied with the condo. Very clean and nice. The only thing is that it should have Tik Bar or a vending area. Overall, great vacation and we will be staying at the Twin Palms again!

Try Angelo’s Steak House, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten and they offer everything from steaks, seafood, chicken to burgers. Great place!

Worst Condo I’ve ever stayed at
The condo was nasty, the funiture was old and worn and I had to put my own blankets over the furniture just to sit on it. There was a sleeper sofa that had no sheets for it. Whatever sheets the condo did have we had to wash because they were stained and in bad shape. It was not kid friendly at all. There was a coffee table made of faux cast iron with a glass top. The bottom part of the table was broken and the glass could’ve easily fallen if the table was bumped into. TERRIBLE!!! and overpriced!!!

Beautiful Accommodations & View of Gulf!
This is the second time for us to stay at this hotel, and we definitely will come back! Everything was great! The two bedroom is a lot bigger. We stayed in a one bedroom this last time and there is not as much living area, but still a great place to stay.
Bring your own trash bags and diswashing detergent--what they provide is flimsy and not enough.

Fabulous Time
The complex overall was very nice a clean. Our condo was big, the rooms spacious, and a really big balcony. The carpet was a little dingy and needed cleaning. The rest of our room was really clean, and really nice. At times the pool could get a bit overrun with people, and there were not enough lounge chairs at the pool. Needed a guide, or doorhanger, on what to do if you need linen service.

Very nice Hotel, Highly recommended.
This is a very nice, clean, and roomy hotel. We were very impressed. we would definitely recommemd this hotel to others and we will definitely return. The only bad thing we have to say is that the hotel staff were not very friendly and acted as if they didn’t want to help, but other than that it was great.

Best Condo at the Beach ever!!
This has been the best Memorial Day getaway ever!! We normally go to the beach on this weekend, and this condo was pretty spectacular!! Brand new 2-bed apartment, top quality home appliances and outstanding kitchen utensiles. It was way much better than any hotel at that price range. Beacuse we love the ocean, we spent most of the day at the beach (10am-6pm), and then because the night life at Panama City Beach is kinda busy (and crazy), we decided to stay at the apartment enjoying the beach view, fixing great dinners with some wine of course, and having lots of fun with our 2 children. We cannot wait to go back!!
* Look for the specials at Expedia.com * Buy your groceries in advanced, and let your imagination fly fixing great dinners (Don’t forget the wine...)

Enjoyed our 7 night stay until last 3 days
Overall everything was going fine until 3 days before we left. We began to hear an annoying humming sound that was so bad at night that we slept with earplugs. It sounded like a drone of bees that came and went in a repetitive manner. A maintenance man was sent to our unit, and he heard it loud and clear but could not determine its source. If you stay here, avoid room #1201. If you need a 10" skillet, bring your own and a spatula too.
