Amazing!!!
We just stayed here and we were upgraded to a larger room with a view of Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame in the background. Great location right next to the metro station Gaite. Hotel is very new and modern design. Supermarket, cinema, tons of bars/cafe, and montparnasse train station are less than 5 minutes away. Will definitely want to stay here on our return trip.
Traveler's tip on dining
indian club next to the hotel is very nice. ATAC grocery store is nearby and if your room has a refrigerator, it helps with breakfast/snacks.

Nice things come in small packages
Given Parisian hotel prices, my expectations were not particularly high when I booked this hotel. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful. The room, while small, was excellently appointed and very clean and functional. Afterall, what Seine (couldn’t help it) person hangs out in their hotel room while in Paris. It is very close to a convenient Metro stop (Gaite) and also close to the Air France bus drop-off at Gare Montparnasse. Although this isn’t the epicenter of Paris culture, cuisine and nightlife, that is more than accessible from this hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.
